stayed here expecting a luxurious experience, but alas, the beach was littered and the 'restaurant' only serves breakfast. i guess i could add that the pool towels were always out. imagine my surprise not being offered any upgrade or complimentary gesture. my stay definitely does not warrant a good review, but i just couldn't overlook the inconveniences!

We had a fun time exploring the nearby beach, which was only a short stroll away. The kids especially loved the nice pool that kept them entertained as we relaxed. Breakfast offered a range of options, and the staff were attentive to our needs while we dined with my nephew.

The staff were genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed from my arrival. My room upgrade was unexpected and greatly appreciated, allowing me a lovely view of the pool. Their spa treatment offered an impressive massage that alleviated all my stress, also I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view that added a peaceful ambiance to my stay.

The breakfast options could use more variety to cater to different preferences.

grand whiz is a beautiful and spacious hotel. it’s quite and relaxing, and the small swimming pool is perfect for kids. the staff were really friendly and helped us late at night after our arrival from the airport. breakfast had good choices too.

I spent 2 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room and truly enjoyed my stay. The pool was a highlight, warm and perfect for swimming. The surrounding greenery made it a peaceful oasis. I loved how the staff greeted us with smiles every day and offered a great breakfast selection that catered to various tastes, definitely enhancing my experience. improvements could be made in the dining options for lunch and dinner to provide more variety.
